Built by the Eastern Boat Company, most known for their quality craftsmanship, this 1994 Eastern Chesapeake 27 is a classic Downeast-style boat popular for her versatility, rugged seaworthiness, comfortable cruising, and fishing capabilities both offshore and inshore. PATSY ANN was used most of her life in fresh water on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH up until 2014 when the owner brought her to the Merrimack River. She is powered by a Yanmar 4LH-DTE with 170 hrs that had an extensive overhaul in July 2015, with a cruise speed of 18 knots, and WOT 26 knots. Equipped with a Richie compass, depth finder, center engine box, Kanzaki Transmission, and Morse throttle controls. PATSY ANN has spacious deck layout with plenty of seating and ample rod storage, making her a great platform for a dedicated angler, and leisurely cruiser.
